Welcome to My Files - Organizer ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License and Access
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the App on your supported Android device strictly in accordance with these Terms. The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Permissions and Device Access
To function as a file manager, the App requires specific high-level permissions on your device. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to grant the following access:

Storage Access: You authorize the App to read, write, modify, and delete files on your internal and external storage (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).

App Inventory: You authorize the App to view the list of applications installed on your device (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES) for management purposes.

Package Installation: You authorize the App to initiate the installation of Android Package (.apk) files (REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES) when you explicitly choose to do so.

3. User Responsibilities and Risks
Because My Files - Organizer grants you deep access to your device’s file system, you assume full responsibility for your actions within the App:

Data Management: You are solely responsible for any files you delete, move, or alter using the App. We are not responsible for any accidental deletion, corruption, or loss of your personal data, media, or system files.

APK Installations: The App allows you to open and install third-party .apk files. You acknowledge that installing applications from outside the official Google Play Store carries inherent security risks (such as malware or device instability). You assume all risks associated with installing external packages using the App.

Lawful Use: You agree not to use the App to manage, distribute, or store any illegal, copyrighted, or unauthorized material.

4. Privacy and Offline Processing
Your privacy is important to us. My Files - Organizer is designed as a local, offline tool. We do not collect, harvest, or transmit your personal files or data to external servers. For detailed information on how the App handles device permissions, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Links and Content
The App does not currently integrate third-party advertising networks or external data brokers. However, any files, media, or applications you interact with using the App are your sole responsibility. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content you store or manage on your device.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including its source code, design, user interface, and overall architecture) are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, accuracy, or reliability. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of My Files - Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

Any unauthorized access to your device or local files.

Any actions taken by you within the App, including the deletion of files or installation of third-party software.

9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
