Welcome to My Files - Organizer ("the App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. License and Scope of Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on your supported Android device strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Device Access & Permissions
To deliver core file management features, system diagnostics, and advertisement support, the App requests specific system permissions. By using the App, you grant permission for:
All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Full read, write, modify, copy, rename, and delete access across your device’s internal and external storage to perform file management operations.
App Inventory (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Permission to query and display the list of installed applications on your device within the app manager interface.
Package Installation (REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES): Permission to initiate user-prompted installations of Android Package (.apk) files stored locally on your device.
Advertising Identifier (AD_ID): Permission to process your device's advertising identifier to deliver, optimize, and measure advertisements.
Network & Notifications (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Access to load ads, transmit crash reports and analytics, sync remote configurations, and deliver push notifications.
3. User Responsibilities and File Safety
File Operations: You acknowledge that all file modifications, moves, transfers, and deletions performed within the App are executed under your direct command. My Files - Organizer is not responsible for any accidental deletion, file corruption, or permanent loss of data resulting from your use of the file manager.
Third-Party APK Installations: The App allows you to access and initiate the installation of external APK files. You are solely responsible for ensuring the safety, authenticity, and legal status of any APK package you choose to install. We do not inspect, endorse, or assume liability for third-party application packages or any damage/malware they may introduce to your device.
Lawful Use: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to store, manage, or distribute content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
In-App Advertising: The App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK and displays third-party advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party ads, products, or services advertised within the App. Any interaction or transaction with third-party advertisers is solely between you and the respective third party.
Diagnostics and Analytics: The App utilizes Firebase services (including Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Remote Config) to monitor stability, push configurations, and analyze overall application performance.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the App—including but not limited to the user interface, graphical assets, code, layout, and software architecture—are owned exclusively by the developer of My Files - Organizer. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
My Files - Organizer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, nor do we guarantee that the App will meet your specific operational requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of My Files - Organizer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Loss of data, files, photos, or storage integrity.
Device malfunctions, software conflicts, or system crashes.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Any conduct or content of any third party (including third-party APKs or advertisers) accessed through the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
